Real estate has always been more than transactions to me. I’ve been drawn to how communities grow, how neighbourhoods evolve, and how real estate can create long-term opportunities for families and investors alike. That passion led me to Calgary’s new home and pre-construction market.
To satisfy my curiosity, I started by buying a new build home for myself — and I felt there was a real need for professional guidance to do it right. Builder contracts, lot selection, upgrades, timelines and pricing structures all play a major role in making the right decision.
That became my career. For over three years I’ve specialized exclusively in Calgary’s pre-construction and new-build market, helping more than 40 families transition into their homes. While showroom representatives are bound to protect the builder’s financial interests, my loyalty belongs entirely to you.
